That could still happen. Probably what is screwing it up is that some of the largest components like SLB and HAL, which are several points off their lows, are also S&P components, so any index-related or similar buying of the S&P could be propping up these issues. If the broad market sees a little profit taking, perhaps we will see a lower OSX. Of course, the way people are lining up to throw money at this market, the notion of a down day could be outdated.

Gary, I updated my crude chart, FWIW geocities.com Let me know what you think... the count is more in synch with yours, and seems to fit aesthetically. Looking ahead, I'm curious how this wave five plays out. My guess is that it breaks down into 5 waves of its own, BWDIK. If not, major lows are close at hand... as you suggest.
