Brett,

That assumes that people believe that there is an "upside" surprise. The company has told analysts not to expect an EPS upside (even though the sales are expected to be higher).

Therefore, as a trader, it is not likely that COOL will challenge resistance pre-opening or early tomorrow am. That may happen after "good news", but until then it is quiet.
