Re: 200 people working at plant Just speculation, but what if Lev wants to use the employees as leverage to get the IDB to revise its deal? VLNC could say "without your financing, we might go under and all these jobs will be lost". Lev seems to have convinced Castle Creek to give him another 6 months. So why not try to convince the IDB to fork over their first $4 million to preserve those jobs, without VLNC having to deliver batteries.
