I think that the market makers will not let Vivus move north before the end of this year. It is obvious that they now have the opportunity to buy more cheap shares and continue their slow cover into the tax selling.

I just hope that Wilson's definition of "significant progress" means the same to him as it does to me.

Come January's conference call he is going to either produce something and if not he should announce his resignation.
