Mary Meeker of Morgan Stanley, who seemed to virtually drive the market today, was quoted in last weekend's Barron's with these positive investment guidelines: "how big's the market, how high is a company's market share, and who's No. 1?" Too bad she doesn't follow this company or she might have it at EBay price levels! Internet, internet-related, what's the difference if the driving force is the same. It's like one of those instant lottery tickets...nothing is gonna happen until you scratch it off. Look at the early days of AMZN all the dips and bangs are muted by current price levels...flattened out if you will...as they are fractional movements in comparision to today's numbers. It's just a bitch waiting that's all.... But I'd be still willing to bet...if I hold my ticket long enough...it don't matter when it's scratched off if it's a winner.
