Panita: You will hot get in anywhere near 8; given what the nets did today, navr will soar tomorrow; and as january nears, the stock will start to climb very fast. To wait for 8 you'll have to wait many moons; my advice, is to get in now, at a relatively cheap 91/2-10; that's the new bottom. Also are you aware of the rumors swirling around navr and amzn talks, possible merger?

Panita, there is usually a small rush of filings at year end for companies who wish to IPO in the first quarter. Syndicate calendars may be quiet around the holidays but investment bankers and brokers are still actively filing and preping filings - particularly in hot markets.

The actual filings have proven to be as important to co's like TSQD and MALL than the actual date of IPO. That's why I asked.

No need to get rude or double negative me to death.
