I am checking to see whether we (Molecular Probes) sell anything to Gene Logic, although I cannot disclose it if we do. Most of these companies seem to make their own detection reagents but we also manufacture some for these companies and have a variety of improved patented fluorophores that several of these chip companies want because they are brighter and more resistant to photobleaching during the detection step. AFFX and Enzo have an agreement that was reported (by Enzo) to make Enzo the "exclusive supplier" of detection probes (presumably nucleotides) to AFFX but I know that to not be correct.
