The "big boys" aren't likely to dump it. The long-term prospects are so good right now, it doesn't make sense. Sure, technically 40 is a tough # for ORCL to pass through...but it isn't likely to drop below 35, let alone 30. If it did, it would only be because the whole industry is in a funk. ORCL is still not valued in as healthy a manner of some of its competitors. Base your valuations on some of their PE's (ORCL has beaten earnings in several consecutive qtrs, which is more than most of them can say, so ORCL should be valued at least as well as they are), and ORCL is a $50 stock or more.
The reason the "big boys" won't dump is also based on the fact that they already DID dump. That is, they altered their portfolios back in Oct. While they make further adjustments at this time of year, ORCL is hardly on any of their "sell" lists.
