They just don't seem to get it!......"Mexico City, Dec 21(Reuters) - Venezuelan President -elect Hugo Chavez said on Monday he hoped a special meeting of OPEC nations would not be necessary in the next three months because that would imply a continuing fall in world oil prices.
"I hope that for this next three-month phase that calling a special (OPEC) meeting would not be necessary" Chavez told a news conference after meeting with Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo."

They wanna react to a situation rather deal with the problem before it worsens...no wonder they are selling oil at a loss and don't know what the hell to do to correct the situation!!!!!!!!
