Initiation of SSB coverage is tremendous vote of confidence in credibility of IOM management. Almost surely indicates that IOM is guiding street that Q4 estimates will be met or exceeded (BTW, I think it's counter-productive for exuberant Iomegans to raise earnings expectations by making over-the-top wild ass guesses).

I expect significant sweating by shorts after Jan 1, 1999.

Shelia, the numbers still look real good from ingram...soooo many products....zip100, zip250, usb, jaz, buz, disks, etc.....all in stock, all shipping, Smith barn. does not do things without info. and i would almost bet that we will be in for a suprise (imho)....cost cutting, new product shipping, huge oem's (cpq,dell,etc) and a great 1st qt. coming up...watch out....
