Offshore short selling happens... period.

Did it happen with FTEL? I don't know but soon all pref.
shares will be converted... a few months I believe.

I am glad for these law suits as it may slow this
crap in the future.

However, the news about Frank Peters, the AT&T suit and current
and future orders is outstanding!

I continue to feel better about my investment almost daily now.
