Heyy Radim,
Thanks, did he go into any details as to what that 1.5 mill is made up of? eg:
Is there a startup/installation fee? If so what.
If we are getting payed by usage are they buying in advance?

To anyone who attended:
Was anything mentioned about how long it takes to bring a customer online?

Wally on your visit didn't MS discuss with you the pricing structure in some capacity?

Dang I know we have discussed this in the past for the life of me can't recall what was said.

Seems to me that some sort of advertisement on the Internet page about the Intranet would be a good idea which included base pricing. for example,,,, Gosh sorry, will stop rifling off questions for at least a minute, lololololo,,,, B

All: Just wanted to finish my notes from the meeting this morning. Lots will be redundant, but it will confirm what the others heard.

Michael started his report talking about the first 20 months of the company. It consisted of creating a business model, learning the market, securing the lisences and tariffs. He also stated that at this time there were no direct competitors out there. There were companies that did part of what FNTN does, but no one does all of what FNTN does. It is a one call for all services. No dealing with multiple vendors.

Since the summer, which was the installation of the hardware, the 4th quarter was about hot testing the system with a few customers. This was done mostly gratis to prove the concept and help with good will during the shake out.

They were in the midst of negotiating a new contract with another division of Siemens for remote control of the system. They were also negotiating with a wireless company. After a disaster recovery plan is in place, the relationship with S & P Comstock will be greatly enhanced.

The Question & Answer section started with a question about Siemens relationship with FNTN. Mr. Weller described Siemens as persuing fast growing new companies and in Siemens view, FNTN was a perfect fit for that concept. There were several questions about the litigation, but nothing significant. Both of the Alans were asked why they came aboard, and they gave very credible answers. MS was asked if the veto of the preferreds were going to be a problem. He said no. They wanted them in case they needed them in the future. There were no plans to use them at present.

Everything else has been said by Rich and Bellboy. I personally came away from the meeting with a very positive attitude. I am long on the company, and feel if they can keep the growth going that they have already started in motion, we are going to be in for a VERY nice ride.

Watch the revenue numbers closely when we get a true GAAP statement. Often 'development' costs are netted out of revenues on a start-up venture (i.e. ENML, check out their 10-Q sec.yahoo.com. There could be a very positive surprise hidden the the $250,000 revenue figures. Just a speculation.

Also, thank you all for the summaries of the Shareholder's Meeting. Its much appreciated.

Radim, nice to hear that all technical issues have been resolved.
Siemens and FNTN will probably launch a joint advertising blitz, for FNTN to go solo would be wasted money. They first have to build some name recognition before they can attempt that. Siemens understands all to well that in the technology arena you have to move fast, so that PR
cannot be far away. Thanks to all you people for providing us with a continuous stream of information all day long, I for one feel more confident than ever that FNTN will be a great success.
