I am trying to guess when this correction in internet stocks would take place.
Your guess is as good as anyone's. The internet index went essentially uncorrected for 6-7 months starting in January of this year, until getting killed in late summer. The current rally has been going since Greenspan had that surprise rate cut in early October, so it might end tomorrow or it might continue for another quarter. One thing to keep in mind is that all of the bad news seem to have been discounted, the warnings season is nearly over, and we will be heading towards earnings over the next month, so I don't look for a serious correction for another 2-3 months. Which means it will probably happen tomorrow :-)
