WTS: In fairness, when you have lost your previous Customer, you try to win him back by a deep discount strategy. In the short haul, your Income drops. Once credibility is established , prices are usually increased & profit margins recover. MTL,NN, COS are typical examples. This strategy depends on whether CS's product line is actually cost effective and considered so by Enterprise/LAN managers. Perhaps someone close to that level would be the best to advise us if this is the case. If this is not so it may be time to cut our losses and turn our backs.
