CNN just reported Republican approval down another 10%. They might just keep this impeachment going long enough that the Democrats will win all seats in 2000 by acclamation!

I think I might be delighted to see our federal government locked up for a few months, in a straitjacket over this impeachment tempest.

At my house, no news from this government is good news. Having voted for Perot in 1992, I was somewhat encouraged by the Republican Contract with America, only to see it for what it truly was: smoke.

I am continually disappointed in Washington, and I am even more disheartened with Ma Fellow Americans, standing there cheering up Zipper's 72% approval ratings with their hands out for more pork.

Democracy can sure suck sometimes. I am glad to be no longer in the military, I fear I would be blurting out negatives about my commander-in-chief who does look oh-so-fine in his leather flight jacket. I'll bet he brought those back as uniform items just so he could wear one. Court martial the s.o.b.

If our stock market is setting new records in the face of this sorry mess, the rest of the world must really be in trouble, to be investing here.
