Yea, I kind of get on my soap box when I see people piling onto someone instead of trying to understand the information. This thread has the resources to get to the bottom of almost any issue involving DELL, and that's the course we should be following, not a bunch of boogey mail about legal consequences that are about as likely as Bill Clinton being the next pope.

BTW I have dealt with more than a few lawyers in my time. They usually respond well to an appeal to practical consequences, or at least the people who pay them do. After all, an attorney has an obligation to present discussion in an adversarial proceeding to his client, independent of his desire to make more fees by prolonging any action. A frank discussion about where the action may lead can work wonders if you are prepared to go outside of the box and understand the inherent weakness in position of a big public company.
