Who cares, that is bad news, what the whole statement means is that amzn is doing whatever they can to get the case out of state because they know they are going to lose. Add a multimillion dollar settlement on top of amzn's predicted losses in their crap for margin business model filled with bottomless expectations and it certainly is not going to impress the market. It could put the crack in amzn shares that everyone is waiting on.

but on the humorous side;
Amzn should start drilling for oil in Oklahoma or buy a couple of gold mines out west and that would do the final trick for shorts.

wmt is going to have hard time meeting earning in a few years.
