One year ago when we were told that production was eminent we were shocked at the resignation of Cal Reed and the subsequent now greater than 1 year delay. When I suggested that the Board of Directors had a fiduciary responsibility to inform stockholders, it was the the approach of some on this thread that if one couldn't take the heat it would be best to liquidate your position while others accused me of being a member of the class action law suit. It reminds me of many during the Viet Nam War who suggested to those of us who did not support the war to leave the country. Well here we are again. Again I say that the BOD has a fiduciary responsibility to be honest and direct to stockholders regarding the issues we continue to discuss.

The infrequent CC and Press Release are not enough. We deserve answers. I for one plan to attend the annual meeting. I will let my feelings be known. As I stated earlier today, I closed out my long position in my IRA and now can only vote some 25K shares.

Robert

Robert - Re.:"...Annual stockholder meeting 4 FEB..."
Thanks for the good news. I suspected that they would postpone from January. But having a firm date in Feb is good because it will be a good time to share some good news (production after safety testing, OEM samples, may be even a CFO, etc.) with shareholders. just speculating. Ram
