HI Jens, The letter says "these amendments were approved by a majority of common shares and will be effective when filed in Utah. This reclassification will be automatic and will not require you to return your existing certificates to our transfer agent" JMO The price will fall after the reverse, but sales should be increasing. We still have a chance here for the long haul after some depreciation in price . I would not buy more until the filing and see the whole story. The bashers will be giving this company a good going over. Wasn't it DR Meade who kept reassuring all that there would be no reverse split.? Overall, I had my best day of 1998, thanks to AHAA, so some go way up and others stumble. 1999 will be a better year for our penny stocks JMO
