Hi John,

Thank you again for being our eyes and ears at the AGM, and thank you for the great report. It was very gracious of you.

If you're wondering about David Spicer, I got a call from him recently. He now works in IR for Rystar Communications and said he left TSIS because he felt the new position offered him greater opportunity, and also, he had some disagreements with Scott. He said he intends to hold all of his shares of TSIS stock and thinks they have a great future.
