"Let Slick go if everybody can lie on their 1040"... won't work. I realize this is 'tongue in cheek', but risking a serious note..this is what goes on in Russia at present. No one pays taxes, ala no revenue, ala increase taxes, ala no one pays taxes, ala no revenue, ala the IRS police come to your home and busts up your life.... etc. Instead, if everyone did pay their taxes...guess what, more revenue, lower taxes, more revenue,lower taxes, more revenue, then finally big spending programs and big tax breaks. But then I still leave cookies and milk for Santa!
