We may not have had total capitulation in the DOW or the NAZ 100, but at the bottom in October the majority of stocks in the Mid to Small-cap market were down huge. In some cases stocks lost 60-80% of their value. You could have even bought CSCO for $42, today its 96. And as long as the Fed is dropping rates I won't fight them.
