You're not serious are you Bill? To demonstrate your claims would require :

#1 a complete test & characterization program on a ultra expensive tester. Not possible without Intel's design database, process characterization files, reliability experiments, and simulation suite.

#2 thousands of hours of extended life test burnin and more extensive characterization reports.

#3 knowledge of propriatary test modes and necessary hooks.

Ain't gonna happen.
