Common Stock Par Value .01 (2)(3) 500,000 Yes I am surprised no one has brought this up before now, but I took the liberty of registering all the Common Shares that will convert from the Warrants, about 39x,000. IE: If you convert the warrants you get Registered Stock, (no restrictions) that is ready to go. All the plaintiff shares about and all the Private Placement Shares are also registered.... with a couple x,xxx of registered common shares left over. (Did'nt think you guys would mind if we rounded the number off, to keep the numbers simple for my overworked mind) So as soon as the SB-2 is approved... I do have to file an amendment (no big deal) then we wait on their approval, and then away we go <g> KAA
