COOL - TA from an amateur. I am looking at some of the proprietary indicators in Telechart2000 - 30 day free trial - and COOL looks much stronger than, say, ONSL - which I own. In brief the Balance of Power which indicates stronger buy than sells and Time Segmented Volume which also indicates money flowing into the stock appear stronger. Of the other nets I am looking at, Earthlink also looks strong by the same criteria. Tomorrow I will be looking at COOL, ONSL, ELNK and CMGI and trying to adjust my holdings. A BIG word of caution, I just loaded the TC2000 software this weekend, have no experience in TA and am not betting the farm on any one stock. Do your own DD and good luck Marshall
