Been following this for a couple of days only but this looks like the best bet around for pure short term upside and long term potential. I am very impressed by the people within the company... solid individuals with substantial internet and e-commerce experience. I mean going back to the beginning of the internet as we know it. Couple that with the solid business plan and acquisitions measuring $30 million in revenues and this is very good for a BB stock. Today was the first day of market recognition so it has not even reached its previous highs yet. Small float added to the mix and you have a very volitile situation to the upside. This will gap up again tomorrow and should finish up quite nicely. As for me, i have shifted from short term trade to long term investor as a result of what i heard on the conference call today.

More about the conference call:

From american dreamer, as lucid and as articulate as ever:

GREAT CONFERENCE CALL. .. A number of things became very apparent.
1. The company already has acquisitions underway worth $30 Million in income and $1
million EBIT.
2. The team assembled in all areas is more than competent. They are heavies. Heavy
E-Commerce experience from PC Flowers and more. One of the designers of the AWEC
system as well.
3. Strong and realistic marketing plan for a huge market segment, not just a niche.

I got interrupted a lot so I missed a lot of the details but I am very very pleased that these
guys are anything but hypsters. They are seasoned veterans of the internet and of marketing.
They have been working for more than a year putting this program together and it is coming together in a very substantial way.
I am definitely rethinking my exit strategy upward. I think there is really something here.
The Bottom Line.. this stock will respond very nicely to this call. (they are bringing on more
people to take this stock to the investing public as well) this should build a much wider base
of support. I am shifting from short term trade to long term investor as of now!

Still more feedback on the conference call:

From hoffy, another astute market observer:

I got onto the conference call late and only caught some of the tape but here is what I heard.

RDIM is looking to become an internet E-commerce leader through mergers and
acquisitions. They have a few deals in the hopper and should be closing the in early february.
They are developing relationships with thousands of manufacturers and wholesalers so they
can offer the best products at the best prices to their members. Members will continue to use
the service if they can get products at great prices. This will help to build a member base.
They are going to carefully watch the bottom line in revs and net earnings. Their recent deals
gives them about 30 million in revs and 1 million in earnings. They want to increase the
revenues to over 150 million by the second year.
They are looking at many possibilities and have inquired about offering such services such as
discount insurance, mortgages, brokerage services etc.
They want to become the 800 pound gorilla and form a membership base which rivals the
likes of EBAY, YAHOO etc. They can offer a wide variety of services and their revenues will
come from many different sources, Advertising, product sales etc.
The CEO spoke about the relationship with some company in singapore (i didn't catch the
name) that will be used to help scan catalogs and get them online cheaply so their members
can shop them at discount prices.
Also they hired the same firm to promote them as MLRE has. They will be having many
releases coming in the near future when news of mergers and acquisitions warrant it. They
won't put out news just for the sake of putting something out. It sounded like they will have
enough to crow about without having to ut out BS.

I missed the first 1/2 hour of the call and was sort of lost as they spoke about some points
because I didn't here their initial comments, but this was the best I could summarize it.
ALl in all it sounded very positive and if they are able to pull off even half of what they talked
about this will be a very successful company.

The E Commerce site is 60% complete. The design is being headed by Alfred Werner, formerly with Clio award winning Exceed Communications where he was instrumental in the development of the PC Flowers web site among others.

The company is in the process of making the acquisitions of profitable consumer buying clubs. Along with the e-commerce segment of their business, RDIM expects to open over 100 physical locations. RDIM anticipates concluding the acquisition of 2 multi-unit buying clubs, which will provide the initial physical locations necessary to service both Internet and traditional membership support. The Company is in the discussion stage for additional locations.
