There is certainly a cause for concern. Companies like CSCO merely have to develop a good product, and they can reproduce it to grow the company.

INSS is based more on the talented people. They can not simpley increase production to get more talented people.

But that's what I thought about SAPE when they were in their 40s last week.... So there's no telling.
