I think you have the correct idea, but the only problem is that SFAD has not contacted any/many potential sellers about this. They have done all of this work, spent all of this time/money, without first verifying the basis of all their assumptions. It may look like a good idea from our standpoint, but from the sellers', that is a different thing. You know how hard it is to get somebody to give away some of their margins? If they can do something similar themselves, they will. Believe it or not, there's competition even for stuff the "rich & famous" buy. I would not presume anything until SFAD has several stores (read that credible) lined up chomping at the bit.
