Just as I start whining about lack of corporate correspondence, lo and behold.....fresh from the mailbox....ProNetLink Information Packet, including 15C2-11 form. Now I just need some of you pros to tell me what it all means. I can't believe nobody here is talking about it, dissecting it piece by piece. HELLO....ARE WE AWAKE, or am I missing something? This is GOOD...I don't care what it says. Any input, crew? Jeff

Alright Crew, I will attempt to post some relevant points that even my novice eye can isolate: 1) Private offering occurred sept.,oct./98 - 4.2M shares @ 0.20/sh - "...to allow the Issuer to continue with its website development and marketing programs..." 2) Period July 25, 1997 - June 30, 1998: loss per share of common stock: 0.02 3) increase of AUTHORIZED common shares to 150M, and issuance of 5M shares of PREFERRED stock at 1.00 par value per share....... 4) SUBSCRIPTIONS RECEIVABLE (as of Oct.98) - $440,000 (I figure 1200+ annual memberships @ $360 per) Included in a letter from JPC: 1) Expected date of Version 3.0 release - April 1999 2) Viewer response to August Q&A Webcast was "overwhelming." 3) Ads in Journal of Commerce reached 4M readers. 4) New trade booth - to attend "as many import/export trade shows as we can fit into our schedule."
