Michael,
if the lead acids delivered 40 miles per charge and the NiMH did 40 MPC , the NiMH would have achieved 100% of the lead acids mileage. If the NiMH went 80 miles it would have achieved 200% of the lead acids and at 122 MPC the NiMH achieved 300% of the lead acids.

Not accustomed to the semantics of these calculations I used the word 'improved' three hundred percent in my second post on the subject.
Bottom line is we did three times the lead acid mileage.This is only the beginning of things to come from these remarkable NiMH batteries.
