Hi Bruce - You are right. Frank Peters stepped up to the plate, took the first pitch and hit a HOME RUN with the shareholders. I too am very pleased that Frank and the companies have taken this action at this time. This is the type of leadership and decision making, at the expense of near term personal gains, that builds shareholder trust and loyalty. And if Sutro, etc comes through as we hope, I believe management will also be glad financially that they postponed their conversions. What I particularly appreciate in this news besides the actual news is the speed (IMHO) that the announcements came out. I like the new management and how they are pursuing Frank's vision, and I like this recent treatment towards the shareholders. MUCH thanks to Mr. Peters and the rest of Management!!!
