It does appear Bezos dodged another bullet. However, from the report it seems they've already appointed a new judge. But hey, all Amazon has to do is keep delaying the trial and let the insiders cash out.

After all, was it Bezos plan to become rich or to suddenly become a bookseller? Remember, he was a HEDGE FUND MANAGER in his previous career. He had nothing to do with books, retail, or computers. Just wall street financial games.

Obviously, he knows how to make himself rich- and he has shown he doesn't have a clue how to sell a single retail product profitably. Maybe he should hire Glenn? :)

I agree. This is all too bizarre, too late in the legal process, to accept. This is bs, IMO.
