Fixer:

Well big Red is back and has told us that it won't be until January sometime, so that has to be gospel I guess.

Besides this news being from the Big Red, it makes sense, if only because it is so close to Xmas, and after all the TSE is a bureaucracy.
It would also be fair to say that even an exciting project like WSP is going to face considerable scrutiny as the TSE does its DD. It was tough before and now AB it is even tougher. The scenario is eerily the same, and you can bet they are bound not to make a similar mistake. The process will be very thorough and as such quite lengthy. And, unless someone on the thread knows and can say, we're not even sure when the application process began.

Keep in mind that WSP is the shining star (other than ARP) on the VSE right now and as such will continue to attract attention. Once it hits the TSE, despite a dedicated following of shareholders, it will be in relative obscurity amongst a school of big fish. It will be a considerable challenge for the company management to maintain a similar profile once on the TSE, and it will require some shrewd promotion, although it is quite a bit easier when the results speak for themselves.
