Did PNL include the name and number of the transfer agent? This info would be very helpful in determining the "real" number of shares outstanding, the float et cetera... Plus were these above other numbers given for the shares outstanding and in the float? Was there a reason given for the high number of shares authorized? I have to be real honest, 150 mil shares authorized doesn't make me very happy. Such a high possibility means also the possibility of greater dilution and other pp's. Plus I'm besides myself why Taylor told me not once but twice that a more current 15c2-11 was delayed. Taylor's a great person and all, but PNL really does need to get an IR firm (not a PR firm) on board sooner rather than later. Well, hopefully, there is a simple and straightforward explanation for what has occurred with my not being able to get a copy of the 15c211. But again, I have to be honest, that if after all the DD I've done on this company and after all the efforts I've made to communicate with them directly, for them not to be straight up with me, makes me feel a little hurt and betrayed. Again, I sincerely hope that there is some simple explanation. Sorry to all for publicly venting of my spleen. Sincerely, ztect
