ECD should be able to sell its EV batteries based on its developmental and production (i.e. the Dayton plant) technologies and not because it is being protected as a result of the banana trade war. At the beginning of the 21st century, we do not need trade wars between the US and EU.

I wish everybody on this board good holiday and a Happy New Year.

I find it truly exciting that of all of the tens upon tens of thousands of products imported in this country from around the world that the US Government thought strongly enough to add electric vehicle
batteries to the extremely short list of items they have chosen to double the tariff on in this banana trade war. There is a lot of food for thought here to reflect upon.

We have a lot of interesting possibilities going into the new year.
Let's hope we finally turn the corner.

Wishing all of you a very merry Christmas and a happy holiday season.

Regards.
