Hey stranger! Good to see a post from you...it's been a long time.

$191,069 I'm laughing so hard my sides hurt....unfortunately, there's not a damn thing funny about it.

On another note, there was a quick buy of 50,000 shares just before the close today and that bumped the price a couple of cents.

As someone else mentioned, the price has to rise to give the new company owners (Kernaghan and friends) an opportunity to dump their shares. Meanwhile, unsuspecting shareholders - if there are any those anymore - will get killed as the share price enters a death spiral.

Note that the shares that must be issued for each convertible debenture become progressively larger in number as the price is caught up in that death spiral. The nimble trader will have wonderful opportunities though.
