Of course Net.B@nk knows the importance of customer service. But the management hasn't pressed the NCR/EDFY/BSYS team hard enough to stick to their implementation schedule of the new banking software. We now have a five-month delay - the first indication was July (see message 712). Sigh, it's always difficult to be in a pioneer role. Lucky MSFT - millions of users don't mind frequent system crashes with Win 95/98, and the stock price keeps on rising to all-time highs irrespective of the Win NT 5.0/2000 delay. Mr. Gates does a better job of mass hypnosis than Mr. Grimes ;-(. Trying to be patient, Jochen
