The way I see it Japan is afraid of strengthening yen (read weakenig dollar) The problem is that dollar is running-out of room, USA can't absorb all Toyotas and Sony's and everything else thatWorld is dumping on poor American chump/consumer..that is a real bubble..Dollar breaks-down, entire Universe (except Russia) is in Big Trouble..
Russia is already there for sometime..:(
