I personally think that the IR dept can do a great job anywhere they are located. All it takes are phones plus dialing and smiling.

Respecfully disagree. The IR department must be plugged into the pulse of the operations. Can that be done remotely? yes. Is it likely more cohesive if on site. yes.

What do you think, JJ. How about a nice bungaloo on the beach in SD. The sights are beyond compare!
