can someone please explain the details of the disney/seek stock deal and why/how it can keep the seek price in check. does disney really already have a deal to acquire my shares of seek for $50? i have 500 seek but haven't kept up with the news. i keep bumping into this rumor, but i never believed it. thanks in advance, unclewest
