1998-A Year in Review-What has MDIN accomplished this year anyways? Well, since things appear to moving a turtle's pace at the moment-perhaps its time to reflect whether MDIN really has accomplished anything in 1998 besides issuing more shares and make us all a little poorer? Here's some of the prinicpal accomplishments off the top of my head: 1) Purchased the Andicollo claims 2) Purchased the Santiago claims 3) Bulk sampled Santiago placer 4) Set up mill site at Santiago placer 5) Sued Dayton in Chile, US and Canada 6) Sued Staggerlee 7) Setup web site 8) Published fininical information-completed most of the steps to become a reporting company 9) Dig Audits into the Caten vein-stockpiling ore 10)Had G. House survey many of the Santiago claims for their potential 11)Had G. Geodatos do IP/Restivity surveys of Lipangue and Las Dos Marias 12) Let drill contract for Lipangue/Las Dos marias 13) Cut the strings with NPEC by the issuance of Preferred Shares 14) Gave Dog and Pony shows for Majors at many of the properties 15) Let several parties(Majors) conduct extensive testing at Andicollo and the placers 16) Near agreement with JV partner for placers 17) Near agreement with JV parter for Andicollo 18) Near start of drill program. 19) Have lined up interested parties for Lipangue etc. 20) Started share registration campaign 21) Continued to foster relationship with Juan Jose Quiano-key to obtaining even more properties in Chile-also hand and hand with this-continued good relationship wiht Chilean government through Quiano's contacts. So if you think about it, lot of accomplishments considering the handful of staff. What will 1999 bring?
