It is the money which drives that stock price, not the PE, the Price to sale ratio or the
total market capitalization. There are too much money now in the market , and everyone is in the market , and it is very hard for the market to fall. You have unlimited of money from all over the world to run after the limited shares of US
high Tech companies. So people will pay any money for some shares. You may think the PE of CSCO is high at 85, but pretty soon , you will find even PE of 100
is low couple years down the road when people get used to high PE.

Read that internet $$$will flow to stocks like msft, intc only question is how many months/weeks. Curious what you think of this strategy...buy msft & back up with stop sell orders a few 4s down, wait for trial to end in which case everything I read says stock will go up...minimal downside risk with potential for spike at trial end. Am I making this too difficult??? youtr thoughts please.
