Barbara: If I may jump in and try to answer your question about the use of CNBC as an advertising tool. Being in the business I can tell you that there is no better place to reach their prospective market. Yes. You and I and a billion other non-clients watch CNBC - and so do an extremely large portion of high-potential clients - especially decision-making executives. My Executive VP friend from Smith Barney watches CNBC every morning to pick up information and opinion. He also hears the spots, and that's why they cost so damn much. It's because they are effective. Believe me nobody spends that kind of money in a haphazard fashion.
As far as Siemens calling the shots, if it is their news or they are the client you bet they want to call the shots. Many companies won't let their suppliers OR customers control the wording or timing of releases that include their names. Small companies sometimes never benefit from an important business relationship due to the stuffiness of some corporations. This won't be the case with Siemens, but the wording and timing of any cross-pollenating information will be, and should be carefully considered and deliberated over. IMO, FNTN has the most to gain.
