I've had better luck getting ahold of them on the phone than through my PC.... Not much but a little better.
I really like it when you call U-vest, the phone rings two times at the max. And someone is on the phone.

I have been regarding these customer complaint issues for a while and I am beginning to think that everyone else is dealing with a different bank than I am. The site is slow, but some are much worse (etrade for example). In my opinion, their customer service is outstanding. I have always been able to talk to a rep when I have a problem and they are very easy to work with. For example, they changed addresses on their mail deposit and sent out new envelopes. I inadvertantly sent a deposit to the old address. I got a letter from the president identifying the problem and a new set of envelopes to prevent recurrance. Basically, they identified the problem, corrected it, and sent me an apology before I even knew there was an issue. Customer service like this and 5.35% yield makes me a long term customer regardless of how slow the web slow.
