Anyway, why not? Next time there is an outbreak of war, Ericsson can go in and rebuild the mobile comm's infrastructure again! Next, you'll be saying that Ericsson promoted the war in the first place, just to fulfill the scenario ;-)

With Milosevitch and all the other war criminals destined to evade the good guys in the coming years, they will need cellular to communicate effectively their strategy for evasion and escape. Getting the infrastructure in now before the ax falls seems like good planning on their part.
