This might be of interest to TAVA shareholders...

Zmax will have a conference call today at 2 pm EST. I have sent in some questions regarding progress on the Westchester Medical contract which TAVA/CMED/ZMAX are partnering on.

Phone number is 800/621-5169.

best wishes

JDN -- Dear Ravel: That sure is good news you know of. Hope that it is true. Dont know why the
company hasnt issued a PR to give the street some up to date guidance. If you are correct
about the 500K payment by CMED that alone should have been released as to me at least
its material. I would think the Mangan people would work on the Chevron project, is that
in Houston?? JDN

could it be they have no idea what PR is? no PR employees or contracts with knowlegeable companies? want to keep the price in this range? ZITL up 15/s today... will it pass TAVA in sh equity?

JDN, from what I understand, they're not sure if they should recognize the whole licensing fee from CMED in the current Q or smooth it out. As for Chevron, I'd guess they have lots of their facilities in or around Houston, close to the TAVA Houston office. A friend of mine also has confirmed that Jenkins was interviewed by CNN last Thursday and we should see a Y2K piece by CNN Jan 1 (probably on Jan 1). I think they're trying to also get Chevron on to address the embedded chip issue.
