All: what happens when you hold a stock that goes "NM"?

I'm holding BYND, on margin, and it went "NM" today. (Thought it was going to escape that fate, but not unhappy, as it seems to often be a good omen...)

Do I need to pony up? Or am I "grandfathered" with my existing position?

I know I should call Datek and ask them, but I've called and asked about policy questions before, and I don't want to take the time to call 3 times and average the answers. :)

Also going on the theory that "it's better to ask forgivness than to ask permission", as I haven't received any margin call notice from Datek (yet).

Anybody here have this happen, and what was the outcome?

(Happily, the stock is going UP, so no ratio danger at this time, and I WILL pony up if I have to, just want to know what to expect, and don't want to have stock sold out from under me.)
