Nadine, it sure looks like you are right. I was discussing this phenomenon with my mother yesterday after I saw the poll. She is a telemarketer, she works in a boiler room with a dozen other salespeople, none of them rich Republicans I don't think, she said that one of the guys at work asked for a show of hands as to who wanted Clinton to resign, and all of them raised their hands. 'Tis a puzzlement. AOL survey on the same question came out 77% the other way, but of course it is not "scientific." Have you seen any polls on that particular question, "Should Clinton resign?" or "If Clinton committed perjury, should he resign?"

nadine, i though the premise was that wall street was polled. if not, well, your point is well taken. i don't think most people care b/c the rest of their lives are in order. if they were in poverty then i'd think they would care. or, at least be angry enough to want to punish somebody.

i'll ask you what i've asked everyone else (and never seen an answer): what felonies are appropriate for a sitting punishment and what felonies are off limits. future presidents eagerly await your response ;-)

Nadine

I don't know if you have ever been interviewed by a liberal reporter.

I had a cold call by a reporter(liberal female) from the NY Times or Post(I don't remember) last year when all this BS started heating up.

They start out by making leading statements, not questions, to get your response. Needless to say, she wasn't pleased with my response and told me it wouldn't be published or used in any shape, form, or fashion.

They only use the responses that fit their program

Regards
