Dell Division to Resell Procom Products

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 1998--Procom Technology Inc. (Nasdaq:PRCM - news) Tuesday announced that DellWare, a division of Dell Computer Corp. [Nasdaq:DELL - news], is making several Procom product lines available to its customer base.

Dell will resell Procom's family of network-attached product lines, including DataFORCE and CD FORCE, as well as Procom's ATOM series of hard drive upgrades for notebook computers.

DellWare is an internal peripherals division of Dell that recommends and configures non-Dell products for the company's internal and field sales forces.
