DJ: FSGI Corporation Announces Name Change to Reflect New Internet Company and
Appoints New Board of Directors

ATLANTA, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- FSGI Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: FSGI)
announced today that it has agreed to change its name to reflect the recent
acquisition/merger with The Martial Arts Network On-Line, Inc. The new name
of the company will be TMAN Global.Com, and the company headquarters will be
relocated to Universal Studios Florida. Both changes will take effect as of
January 1, 1999.
As previously reported, The Martial Arts Network On-Line is a two-year-old
Internet company that has built one of the largest web sites in the world,
located at www.martial-arts-network.com, devoted exclusively to the martial
arts and health/fitness industries. TMAN On-Line, as it is sometimes
called, was a wholly owned subsidiary of a television network located out of
Universal Studios Florida called The Martial Arts Action Network and was
purchased for 3 million shares of restricted common stock of FSGI
Corporation.
The merger of the two companies brings about a wealth of new management
talent to the organization. In a unanimous vote Monday morning, Ron
Tramontano and Tony Interdonato were both appointed to the Board of
Directors of the new company. Tramontano will serve as president of the new
corporation, while Interdonato will act as Chairman and CEO. Tramontano, a
5th Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do, is also a successful business
executive with many years of experience in running an Internet-related firm.
Interdonato is currently the president of The Martial Arts Action Network, a
television network located at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando. Jason,
Lents, former president of FSGI, will remain on the Board of the new company
and will continue to serve as President and CEO of Financial Standards
Group, FSGI Corporation's wholly owned subsidiary.
In another development, TMAN Global.Com has decided to continue using
Managerial Advisory Services as their investor relations firm. MAS
spokesperson, Cesar Muniz, says, "We are happy to continue to be associated
with FSGI Corporation in their new direction of being an on-line Internet
company and look forward to many years of success together."
